GREGG Wallace is worlds away from Masterchef as he flexed his muscles for an eye-popping bodybuilding video.
The 57-year-old presenter has lost an incredible four and a half stone over the last couple of years.
But not only has Gregg dropped the pounds, he’s also got ripped thanks to an intense exercise regime, which he has now shared with Men’s Health.
Joined by his personal trainer Danny Rai, Gregg performed a workout for a new video on the publication’s website and YouTube channel which detailed exactly how he has transformed his physique.
Gregg started with a set of chin ups, which is good for your core, before moving on to the bench press.
He then carries out the bird-dog row, but admits: “I’ve got to be honest I don’t love it that much. It’s hard work.”
sin embargo, Gregg reveals how he is pleased with how his arms look, thanks to doing multiple tricep press ups.
Gregg finishes the video with backwards lunges into a bicep curl before asking Danny: “Can I get a body like an athlete at 60 años?”

Danny replies: “You’re already built like one.”
While Gregg has adopted a new diet and fitness regime, he will allow himself to indulge at Christmas.
In a recent interview with Radio Times, el reveló: “We have our first drink when opening presents at about 6.30am.
“I do drinks while [esposa] Anna and her mum do the food. I don’t even suggest helping out. My wife chooses not to work and says, ‘If it’s inside the front door, darling, it’s my responsibility.
“It’s a matriarchal household and every year I buy one present for my wife and she buys all the others. She takes charge of everything.”
Gregg Wallace features in Men’s Health’s ‘How I Build My Body’ video series on YouTube.
