THIS Morning viewers were left horrified as Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford showcased Britain’s messiest bedrooms.
During the segment the Irish presenter, 61, even spotted “maggots” on a rotting plate.
Introducing the segment, エーモン 告白: “I must admit it’s fascinating when you zoom into the picture that we’re getting today.
“This is about messy bedrooms. Most people say it’s not their bedrooms, it’s their son or their daughter’s bedroom…”
In the first picture the floor was covered in dirty dishes, mugs and food wrappers, meanwhile another mum sent in a photo of a glass of milk that was left in their kid’s room for so long that it had turned to cheese.
As Ruth stared at her iPad in disgust, 彼女は言いました: “What on earth is this next one?”
The presenter continued to read out: “I’ve just found this in my 21-year-old’s room. I don’t even know how long it’s been there…”
Ruth asked: “What is that?! Is that chips and onion rings? What are those little round things? Is that maggots?”
Her husband replied: “Probably are maggots. Probably are…”
And fans of the ITV breakfast show were disgusted by what was on their screens.
