MATT Willis has returned to Instagram after eight months insisting he is “gonna be changing a lot in my life”.
Le Busted star said he enjoyed being social-media free after quitting the app while performing on stage last year.

“I did a seven day social media detox that I enjoyed so said I’ll do 30 days and that ended up being eight months!
“Not gonna lie it’s been great. But I do miss interacting with people on here.

“Donc, I’m gonna be back and gonna be changing a lot in my life and that will be reflected on my Instagram.
“I’m excited about what’s to come. I hope it fills you with as much joy as I hope it fills me with.”

But he fears his tattoos are holding him back.
The ex-bassist said his body art, including one tatt of a Twix chocolate bar, hasn’t done him any favours.

“I had to go to the make-up chair hours before anyone else, every single day, to have them covered up.
“It was a real pain for me and for the make-up crew. On day one, they were like, ‘Ooh, how exciting’.
“By day four, they were more like, ‘F***ing hell, not you again’.”
