The presenter was overwhelmed when she walked into her dressing room to see the entire place decorated with a plethora of balloons and birthday banners carefully hung on the wall.

Aside from birthday surprises and her new fragrance, Holly was left terrified on This Morning earlier this week when she was forced to sit next to Annie the haunted doll.
Maar, despite being out of harm’s way, the hosts were unimpressed as the doll started crying tears of acid.
Annie’s owner revealed he had purchased her from Pennsylvania, claiming she had ‘two attachments’ – her old owners who died in a house fire.
He claims that she sets herself on fire, which explains why she has ‘singed hair and a fresh burn mark’.
Alison asked why he couldn’t just let her set herself on fire as Holly hushed her – scared the doll would hear them.
Those watching at home were less than convinced about the doll and took to Twitter to question it.
