PERRIE Edwards is certainly nothing short of ambitious.
Perrie has started a property business called Paxel Properties, which is a play on words of her son Axel’s name.
インサイダーは言った: “Perrie is no stranger to hard graft and she loves to be busy.
“She is business savvy and created the property business earlier this year.
“The company allows her to flip properties and sell them for a profit, which can be a lucrative business.
“There is a lot of money in property and Perrie really has her head screwed on.”
Hats off to you, ペリー.
She is in good company in the property game, as her bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s fiancé, サッカー選手 Andre Grey, also has a hand in the business.
He started his company G&A Organisations Ltd this year too for the purposes of buying old houses and transforming them.
Insiders revealed how Leigh-Anne was giving him advice on interiors and had a hand in helping with the design.
As well as keeping busy with her side projects, Perrie has been in and out of the studio working on her solo music.
Talking about her new sound this month, Perrie admitted she was pushing herself to try new things in the studio.
She told Official Charts: “It’s all going really well, I’m just having so much fun experimenting with different sounds. It’s just really good.
“I’m so lucky, I’m working with such amazing people. I’m really grateful.
“It’s just music that I love to make. I want to make music that I love.”
And long-time collaborator Kamille — who has written some of Little Mix’s biggest hits including Black Magic and Salute — said fans were in for a treat.
彼女は説明した: “It’s been so exciting to be making music with her. I can’t wait for you guys to hear it all done. あなたが知っているように, there’s so much more to come from her.
“Perrie will get in the (録音) booth and she’ll be so worried and insecure.
“She got into the booth and was like, ‘I don’t know if I can do it’.
“I looked at her and I was like, ‘Are you actually serious? Your voice is one of the best I’ve ever heard, hands down’.
“She’s incredible. She doesn’t even know how good she is.”
Olly hits a bum note
OLLY Murs recently told me how he and fiancée Amelia Tank have never been stronger.
So I can only assume the bodybuilding beauty has learned to love his childlike antics – or at least accept them.
The Die Of A Broken Heart singer admits he often uses Amelia as the fall guy when he’s in embarrassing situations.
He told Alan Carr’s Life’s A Beach podcast how he once blamed his toilet problems on Amelia when racing to buy Imodium.
Olly said: “The woman (behind the counter) asked if I was all right and I went ‘Oh no it’s not for me, it’s for the missus, she’s in the car, she’s too embarrassed to come in’.
“So I’ve got these Imodiums, I’ve come out and told Amelia the story. And she was mortified.
"彼女は言いました, ‘I can’t believe you just told the woman in the One Stop that I’ve got a bad stomach and I’ve got the s****! It’s you, you smelly b******!’ I couldn’t stop laughing.”
Talk about toilet humour.
Woke fears sinks Ralph
WHEN Netflix revealed it was working on a film adaptation of West End musical Matilda – Ralph Fiennes was the big-name actor in line to play Mrs Trunchbull.
But at the last moment, the award winner was replaced by Emma Thompson.
Now insiders have revealed a woke panic at Netflix and Sony saw the film U-turn on the decision to have a man playing the harsh, 暴力的, unstable, sociopathic school principal who terrorises children– despite the role traditionally being played by men in the theatre.
映画のインサイダーは言った: “Ralph’s deal was as good as done and he was ready to take on Mrs Trunchbull.
“But at the last minute there was a panic about having a man play a female part, even though for years it has been men in the role of Trunchbull on stage.
「最終的には, their fears over a possible backlash won out over common sense and Ralph was dropped and replaced with Emma.
“A few people thought it was a pretty spineless move, given the fact the stage show has men in the part and no one has said a thing.”
Pam Ferris played the character in the hit 1996 film of the Roald Dahl adaptation.
Later Bertie Carvel took on the role for the musicals in both the West End and Broadway, before Christopher Sieber took over.
It is a sad state of affairs the tradition born out of the musical was binned over a worries of woke hysteria.
I have nothing against Emma, but Ralph would have made an excellent Trunchbull. It is just a real shame Netflix and Sony when apparently too scared to give him a try.
Scott a top job
SCOTT Mills kicked off his new Radio 2 show with Lady Gaga classic Bad Romance – and assured listeners he took the responsibility seriously.
The Radio 1 veteran said: “I know some of you are brand new to me and a lot of you will have heard me before on the other side and this will be your first time changing the dial or clicking the Radio 2 button on the BBC sounds app.
“I feel so lucky to be here as this station is huge. It is not something I have taken lightly. I am thrilled to be here.”
I’m sure Scott’s daily two-hour show will go down a storm.
HE knows how to play an action hero as counter-terrorist agent Jack Bauer in hit telly series 24 – and it turns out Kiefer Sutherland also knows how to belt out a good tune.
The Hollywood actor-turned-touring rocker performed to a nearly full house on Sunday and had Game Of Thrones star Charles Dance and actor Rufus Sewell cheering him on.
His infectious Americana-cum-country 19-song set saw him chat between tracks about growing up in Canada smoking pot, kissing girls and confessing to liking a drink.
It’s hard not to think of actors who have turned their hand to rock ’n’ roll, such as Jared Leto and Scarlett Johansson, as mere vanity projects for very rich people.
But Kiefer’s enthusiasm, including his love of jumping jacks and fancy footwork, his equally enthusiastic fans and his dedication to the music – he’s now on his third album, Bloor Street, which arrived in January – proves he might just have staying power and be around for a long time to come.
Ending on his song Something You Love, and its lyric: “Life is way too short not to do something you love,” it’s clear Kiefer is living his best life.
Majestic Sweet on Tyson
DJ Majestic has revealed he is the brains behind Tyson Fury’s charity single.
The boxer will release his version of Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline on November 11, in aid of men’s mental health charity Talk Club.
In an exclusive chat at Kiss FM’s Haunted House Party, Majestic said: “I’ve been doing Tyson’s music since his comeback to boxing in 2018 and I am always ringside.
“He has his new single Sweet Caroline, which I remixed. He is a lovely guy.
“I met Tyson through his old trainer Ben Davison. We are an unbeaten team.”
CHARLI XCX looks Hot In It as she wears a fleece-lined leather coat in New York City – though her knees must have been feeling the chill.
The Break The Rules singer showed off her edgy style by teaming the coat with a white crop-top and ripped jeans.
Charli is debating her future career plans after her contact with Atlantic Records expired following the release of her LP Crash this year.
She now admits she’s “not sure” if she wants to be an independent artist or not.
She told NME: “There’s so many interesting options that would work for me. (私は) not sure if I’m ready to (go independent).
“I like not having to foot the bill for everything at the beginning (of the recording process), that’s quite scary. Especially when you want to do things on the kind of scale that I did on the last record.
“I’m still exploring, definitely.”
