Her little outfit features the words: “Hand-picked for earth by my brother in heaven.

In a heartwarming Facebook status alongside the pic, Carl and Gemma, tutti e due 38, ha scritto: “Gracie-Mae now weighs 8lb 9oz and she is two-weeks-old today.
