RUNNING a university is no easy feat, so we’ll give you some tips to get you started in Two Point Campus.
You’ll need to give students a top-notch education while balancing the books in Two Point Campus.
To do that you’ll need to keep everyone healthy, glücklich, and engaged so they’re willing to learn.
When you’re given a blank canvas, it can be tricky to know where to start.
What to build first
No matter what your courses are, there is one room you will always need – a Lecture Theatre, so put that down first.
Nächster, you’ll need the speciality classrooms for your main courses. This means a Science Lab for Scientography or a VR Lab for Virtual Normality, and so on.
Danach, you’ll want the basic facilities. A toilet, Dusche, and dormitory to give your students a basic quality of life. Best put down some water coolers and snack machines too.
Schließlich, build your Library, so students can complete their assignments and boost their grades.

That’ll get you set up nicely, you can worry about things like a Staff Room or Student Longue once the money’s coming in. For convenience, here’s a list in order of importance:
- Lecture Theatre
Make the most of your space
This isn’t Minecraft, you can’t just build wherever you want.
Buying new plots of land is expensive, so you want to be as efficient as possible with the space you’ve already got.
While it’s nice to have a pretty outside area, it’s no good if you need to build a new Lecture Theatre.
Constructing a small building on the land you’ve already got will always be cheaper than buying a new plot.
Sometimes it’s easier to simply extend your existing building. So what if it makes the outside look less pretty? We’ve got grades to hit.
zusätzlich, don’t make rooms too much bigger than they need to be at first. You can always make them bigger later if you want to level them up.
Leave space for more objects
This may seem in opposition to the last point, but there’s a balance to be struck between the space you need now, and the space you’ll need in five minutes.
It’s common for students to request new objects to be placed in certain rooms. Either for assignments or as a personal goal.
Some of these requests have tight deadlines, so you’ll want to leave at least a little bit of space in most rooms to place new objects when these requests come about.
This is particularly true for the Library, which constantly needs an influx of new desks and bookcases. Keep some room empty for when the requests roll in.
Student happiness is the priority
Your income, bonuses, and campus performance are tied to your student’s results, and those results are tied to their happiness.
The UI gives you a bar of the average student happiness at all times, and you should prioritise keeping it up at all costs.
It doesn’t need to be at 100% all the time, but if it’s consistently dropping below about 70% then you should make some improvements.
Make the environment better in your rooms and buildings, build more Student Unions and Lounges, and make sure all of their needs can easily be met.
Showers, Toiletten, and snacks everywhere
These basic needs will constantly irritate students no matter how good your campus is. So wie, you need to ensure they’re never too far away from any of these facilities.
Rather than having one or two big toilets/shower rooms, build several little ones all over the place. Just make sure you have the janitorial staff to maintain them.
The same goes for food and drink stalls. Things like smoothie stands are great, although they’ll require more staff, so vending machines and water coolers will do just fine.
Save your Kudosh for when you need it
Kudosh is as fun to say as it is to spend, but don’t go too crazy with it.
When you start getting a lot, it can be tempting to splash out on a bunch of cool-looking items that do nothing but improve the appearance of your campus.
jedoch, as you progress students will start requesting more and more expensive equipment for their assignments.
From course-specific bookshelves to new equipment for the classrooms, you’ll need to have a healthy bank of Kudosh to fulfil all of these.
Complete every academic request you can
When students request objects from you, they can do so in different ways. The most common request is for personal goals.
These goals are things that are nice to have but don’t make that much difference in the grand scheme of things.
Since there’s no penalty for rejecting these requests, you should always prioritize any academic requests that come through.
These are when students ask for a specific object to complete their assignments, which will usually involve you spending your Kudosh.
Such requests have quite tight deadlines, and your students won’t perform as well if you ignore them, so always keep on top of them.
Spend your excess cash on levelling up rooms
Once you’ve got a solid cash flow, you may wonder what to spend it on. Expanding is always nice, but if you don’t need it, then it’s a bit of a waste.
Stattdessen, take a look at the rooms you already have and see how you can level them up to improve their performance.
Add extra objects, improve the environment, and maybe even make it a little bigger if you have the space.
All this will improve the performance of that room and everyone who uses it, as well as increase your overall campus level.
Upgrade your teachers
Given they never make much of a fuss about anything, it’s easy to have a ‘set it and forget it’ approach to hiring teachers.
jedoch, the teachers you hire when you’re first starting will likely be low-levelled, and as you grow, you’ll get the opportunity to hire new ones.
When you’re between academic years or if you have multiple failing students, consider firing some of your lowest-level teachers and replacing them with better ones.
Später, you’ll unlock the training room, which allows you to grow your existing staff in key areas. It’s better to have specialists than all-rounders.
Schedule events regularly
Once you unlock events, you have the opportunity to easily boost your student’s happiness and entertainment for relatively little cost.
Whenever you have openings on the calendar, you should be running these events if you can afford them.
Der Rat ist befugt, einen Fall vor das Amtsgericht zu bringen, wenn er entscheidet, dass es sich um eine gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Belästigung handelt
zusätzlich, if you have access to competitions like the cook-offs, run those every now and then to earn some extra cash and Kudosh.
It’ll keep your students happy and engaged, which will keep your pockets full.
