A 20-YEAR-old University of Mississippi student allegedly dreamed about being murdered before disappearing.
Jimmie ‘Jay’ Lee was last seen leaving the Campus Walk Apartments in Oxford, Mississippi, op Julie 8.
Twee weke later, the Oxford Police Department released an update on the missing case, revealing an arrest has been made.
And although the missing student has yet to be found, he’s presumed dead and a 22-year-old recent graduate has been charged with murder in relation to the case.
A July 22 persverklaring stated that Sheldon Timothy Herrington Jr., from Grenada, MS, has been charged with murder and a bond has not yet been set.
“Law enforcement agencies are still working to locate Lee’s body,” polisie gesê.
“This is still an ongoing investigation and updates will be given at a later date.”
Oddly enough, Lee took to TikTok back in January 2022 to tell his followers about a nightmare he had.
In the dream, Lee explained in the TikTok video shared on January 25, that a man attempted to “moord” hom.
Lee, who goes by TikTok username TheJayLee, said he was imagining himself in an uncomfortable situation when a man tried to attack him.

The college student continued: “He decides to try to murder me.
“So, after fighting for my life … I wake up, go about my day.”
Byna 400,000 people have viewed the footage, which has received hundreds of comments, including some who are calling the dream a “warning.”

According to University Police, Lee was last seen driving a 2014 black Ford Fusion with a Mississippi license plate reading JAYLEE1.
Lee was last seen wearing a silver robe or house coat, a gold sleeping cap, and gray slippers.
Praat met Mississippi Today, Lee’s sister Tayla Carey, gesê: “My little brother, he is the type of person, he’s not gonna leave the house unless he is 10/10. I’m talking his dress, his makeup,”
“He’s not gonna leave his house until he makes sure he looks good.
“For him to walk out the door in a house bonnet, a housecoat, and his slippers — that lets us know he was going to get coffee or he was going to meet someone that he trusted.”
Lee’s dad, Jimmie Lee Sr. is urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of his son to come forward.
In 'n video posted to the Oxford PD’s Facebook page, Lee Sr. expressed how “proud” he was of his son.
He insisted: “Doesn’t matter if you’re Black, wit, green, polka dot … it doesn’t matter who you are. He was there to help if you sought the need.”
