ONE Direction fans deluged Madame Tussauds with requests for the boys’ body parts after the wax museum decided to take the band off show.
Some diehard Directioners have wanted to buy all five figures — one offering to fly them by private jet to Australia.
They have remained popular even after the band split six years ago.
Tim Waters, of Madame Tussauds London, sagte: “The time has come to bid them a fond farewell.
“One superfan even said they’d be willing to hire a private jet from Sydney to fly the figures out to them.
“The number of requests we’ve received offering to take ownership of all, or part of, our One Direction figures shows the impact they’ve made on their fans.
“This move is to make way for the exciting reimagining of our much-loved music zone which will allow guests to step into the spotlight themselves like never before.”
