BBC BREAKFAST’s Sally Nugent was missing from the programme today as a replacement host joined Jon Kay.
sortita, 51, can normally be seen fronting the flagship programme alongside Jon Kay.

Instead the show’s business presenter Nina Warhurst stepped in to cover her.
BBC Breakfast is also fronted by Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty who present the programme at the end of the week and into the weekend.
Sally recently left Nina, 42, mortified after her reaction to the journalist’s real-life dating story.
The topic under discussion was auto-renewals and how some members of the public may not be aware money is being debited from their bank accounts.
Nina told viewers how £300million is being spent on apps that aren’t being used.
The 42-year-old then got personal as she bravely shared her story of being stung by a incontri app subscription.
Nina revealed: “I was caught out on a dating site, before I met my husband.”

She erupted into laughter as co-presenter Jon said: “Come and sit over here Nina.”
Nina eventually continued with her story and shared how she discovered the dating site was still debiting i soldi from her account.
