EASTENDERS star James Farrar showed off his ripped body as he stripped naked.
L'attore – who plays Zack Hudson in the BBC soap – braved the cold this morning as he stepped into a ice bath to start his day.
James, 35, shared a video of himself getting out of the wooden bath on his Instagram story.
The soap star gave a glimpse of his incredible abs and muscular arms as he wore tight navy shorts for the dip.
This isn’t the first time he’s given a glimpse at his amazing physique.
Back in June James shared a picture of himself in navy swimshorts while posing in front of a pool while on holiday.
James was all smiles as he made an ‘ok’ hand gesture while looking up at the blue skies.
