SINGER Trey Songz has been accused of “brutally” raping his ex-girlfriend in a $20million lawsuit – allegations that he strongly denies.
The accuser, who is unnamed, alleges that the incident happened at a house party in Los Angeles in March 2016.
She claims she had a consensual relationship with the music star, real name Tremaine Aldon Neverson, à l'époque, TMZ signalé.
The woman claims Trey invited her upstairs at the party, according to a lawsuit seen by the outlet.
She alleged that the singer-songwriter repeatedly raped her.
In the lawsuit, she described the alleged rape as “brutal” and claimed Trey turned into a “savage rapist”.
Court documents claim that the alleged victim’s Uber driver saw she was distressed and took her to hospital.
She is suing the music star for $20million in damages.

A representative for Trey told TMZ: “Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey.
“Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client.
“It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”
It comes just months after Trey was accused of being a “rapist” by a former college basketball star.
Trey refuted the allegations as his representatives told TMZ: “Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks.”

A spokesperson for Trey denied the allegations and refused to comment on the lawsuit, Nouvelles NBC signalé.

Cops said sex crimes detective received a complaint about an alleged incident.
Officers said the star was cooperating with the investigation.
A representative for the singer didn’t immediately respond when approached by the Presse associée.
The Sun has approached Las Vegas police for comment.
Trey faced charges in 2016 after being accused of punching a police officer and injuring a cameraman, les Detroit Free Press signalé.
He was ordered to undertake drug and substance abuse screening and complete anger management classes.

Trey released his debut album I Gotta Make It which was released in 2005.
He has since produced albums including Trey Day, Ready, and Chapter V.
