CAROL Vorderman posed in a bikini today on her sun-drenched break in Portugal.
The 61-year-old TV star posting from the swimming pool on her fitness and juicing retreat – and at one point nearly plopped her phone into the waters.
Speaking to her followers on Instagram wearing just a bikini she said: “Hello from the swimming pool.”
Explaining how many lengths she’d accomplished, كارول شرح: “I’ve done 20, I’ve got another 20 to do.
“I’ve done an hour of yoga and half an hour of spin which was exhausting and very hot. I haven’t had anything yet.”

Her video came a day after some fans thought she was naked in one of her posts because her bikini matched her tan.
One told her: “Thought you were naked for a minute!” while another gasped: “”I actually thought that you were topless at first!”
Former Countdown host Carol wrote: “Laughing 😂 but I AM NOT TOPLESS….😮.
“Just wearing a new bikini top from @omgmiamiswimwear….matching my SUN TAN courtesy of @tancreamworld… a brilliant SPF50 with instant bronzer included 😂.”
