It is being applied in some of the most frequently defiled side streets of Soho, the party hotspot in central 伦敦.

Aicha Less, deputy leader of Westminster city council, which spends £900,000 a year clearing up the mess, 说: “Residents and businesses are fed up.

It’s finally pee-back time.”

Anyone taking a leak in the street faces a fine of £150 if council inspectors catch them in the act.

But Soho residents still complain they have to wade through puddles of wee to get home, especially during the upcoming peak party season.

Now the council is using the splashback paint in some of the widdle hotspots as part of a Don’t Pee off Soho campaign.

Another five locations are earmarked for the treatment.

Soho councillor Patrick Lilley said: “The anti-pee paint should teach the perpetrators a lesson.

There are plenty of public toilets within Westminster, open late and free of charge.”
