A WOMAN has converted her van into a motorhome in a year for less than £5K, all while working full time.
The video was uploaded to Youtube by Vanvistas and viewers are surprised she managed to combine a full-time job and convert her van.
Former BBC journalist Kat decided to convert her Vauxhall Movano van into a motorhome and travel around the world.
She is currently on a tour with her boyfriend around Spain.
“It took me around 12 months to convert my van alongside my full-time job.
“I have spent more than six months travelling and I am pleased with everything,” said Kate in her Youtube video.

Kat installed a gas hob to cook her favourite meals, and above that, she has all her spice pots organised on shelves.
Next to the oven, Kat has a small fridge where she keeps all her fresh foods.
A keen surfer, she also has all her surf gear up on the van’s ceiling out of the way.

At the rear of the van is an incredible bed and underneath she has multiple for storing clothes.
A table can be pulled out to be used for work or eating, which is great for saving space in the van.
Ongelukkig, Kat has no built-in shower or toilet inside.
“We usually prefer to go to public showers, but if we can’t find one, we have a portable shower,” onthul sy.
The sustainable motorhome gets electricity from three solar panels.
