TAMMY Hembrow has revealed that her unborn child has an additional body part as she awaits her third baby’s arrival.

Kylie Jenner’s ex-pal has been updating fans on her pregnancy’s progress on social media.

Fans learned a shocking fact about Tammy’s baby in an Instagram Q&A where she explained her child has an extra finger.

The revelation came after a user asked the 28-year-old if she would be “removing” the tot’s eleventh finger.

The mother of two candidly replied: “نعم, no reason to keep them. Had mine removed shortly after birth.”

Tammy shared her response and a snap of a sonogram taken in January, showing the baby’s unique body part.

The child’s hand was labeled on the 3D image, clearly capturing six fingers on one hand.

Tammy has been gearing up to welcome the bundle of joy as her due date approaches.

Tammy took to her Instagram to show off her bursting baby bump earlier this month.

She posed on her bed in only underwear with her tank top pulled up over her protruding belly.

She took a snap of the view of her stomach and captioned the photo: “She wants out.”

Tammy posted two additional photos to her Instagram Story, one of her belly as she lay on her side and the other a selfie as she held up a peace sign.

She captioned the later image: “Friday night party in my uterus.”

Weeks earlier, the YouTube creator bared all in a video while standing in front of her bathroom mirror.

The Australian wore a pale yellow long-sleeved crop top with brown buttons and matching yellow shorts that exposed her big belly.

Tammy covered her face with her phone as she snapped the clip and rubbed her baby bump.

The soon-to-be mother of three captioned her post: “Almost time to meet you,” with a white heart.

She confirmed in December 2021 that she is having a baby girl.
