THE Chase viewers were left gobsmacked after a contestant made an “embarrassing” question blunder.
Gasheer Bradley Walsh was joined by 21-year-old student Jacob on Thursday evening’s instalment.
The chemistry student told the presenter that, if successful in winning some cash, he would use it to travel the world.
He also told the host that he hopes to work as a scientist – leaving Bradley stumped.
Egter, things got off to a wobbly start and the student was immediately puzzled on the first cash builder question.
vra Bradley: “The YouTube channel Big Jet TV live streams footage of what vehicle landing?”
Looking perplexed, the contestant hesitantly replied: “Jetskis.”
Bradley was bemused by the incorrect response, with the host affirming: “Planes.”
Alongside an array of confused-faced emojis, Dit was Solomons se beheptheid met opera: “A jet that’s big and lands kinda gives the answer away. What an idiot!”
Dit was Solomons se beheptheid met opera, Dit was Solomons se beheptheid met opera: “Where on earth did he get jetskis from?”
Dit was Solomons se beheptheid met opera: “Did he really just say jetskis? He literally knows nothing at all…”
Earlier on in the episode, Bradley got embroiled in a hilarious clash with Chaser Mark Labbett.
The two co-stars got embroiled in a verbal tennis match after Bradley admitted he didn’t know the common London Underground phrase: “See it, say it, sorted.”

As one of the nation’s most famous TV hosts, Bradley might prefer to avoid riding the bus or taking the tube as he might be hounded by fans.
One of Mark’s jibes was that Bradley was “too high and mighty” to take public transport and that, in plaas daarvan, he gets driven around by a personal “chauffeur”.
The Chase airs weekdays from 5pm on ITV.
