We have been married for 18 années. Je suis 47, elle est 45 and we have two teenage children.
When we met at college, we fell madly in love and lust. We had so much in common and I knew she was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.
But over the past few years, she has changed. She spends all day sitting at her desk working and all evening watching box sets or chatting on her phone.
She has stopped exercising, never goes out for walks and can’t be bothered to cook proper meals, instead eating frozen pizzas or takeaways.
As a result she has piled on weight, which has made her hate the way she looks.
I’ve tried talking to her but she says she’s fine. Nothing changes, and I can’t carry on like this much longer.
