A TOP TV director driven from his home by his neighbour has won £273,000 in damages.
Misha Manson-Smith, 48, told a court his life had been made a misery by music producer Mark Arthurworrey, 68.
He harassed the family by pouring water through their flat ceiling and flytipping in the garden.
They left the Dalston flat in East London in 2019.
The High Court heard Mr Arthurworrey, who owns the property’s freehold, disputed their use of the front garden.
Judge Mathew Gullick QC awarded Mr Manson-Smith and his wife Alex, 45, £273,475 in damages.
