A federal grand jury indicted Mosby on federal counts of lying and filing fraudulent mortgage applications in connection with the acquisitions of two vacation properties in Florida on Thursday.

Mosby submitted “457(b) Coronavirus-Related Distribution Requestsfor one-time withdrawals of $40,000 そして $50,000 from the city of Baltimore’s Deferred Compensation Plans on May 26, 2020, と12月 29, 2020, according to the four-count indictment.
