DWAYNE “The Rock” Johnson and Vin Diesel became friends after starring together in a number of The Fast and Furious installments.
It was revealed that their friendship went south during the production and filming of The Fate of the Furious in 2016.
The dispute between the two stars dates back to 2016, while they were filming The Fate of the Furious, the eighth movie of the long-running franchise.
In an August 2016 Instagram post from Dwayne Johnson, he proceeded to commend his female co-stars, 尽管 reading his male co-stars the riot act.
Johnson stated on his deleted Instagram post: “There’s no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one.”
他继续: “My female costars are always amazing and I love ’em. My male costars, 然而, are a different story.”
“Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t,” he went onto say.
“The ones that don’t are too chicken s*** to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses,” he said without mentioning names.
“When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right,” The Rock concluded on Instagram.
