A WOMAN has shown off the bizarre “stomach vacuuming” she does everyday to keep super-slim.
TikTok user Sabina Alexia, who posts under @sabinaalexiia, 写: “I do this every morning to get a smaller waist.”
Sabina explained how she “vacuums” her stomach, 并且说: “Inhale slowly through your nose & push out your stomach at same time.
“Exhale with your mouth and pull in your stomach at same time.
“然后, suck in your belly bottom as much as you can (try to imagine that you wanna touch your back with your belly bottom – i know it sounds weird but it can helps.
“HOLD IT as much as you can.
“Then start over a few times.
“Gave you an example of what you can start with in the vid, and as you probably know there’s more than one position to try.
“Pick the one you feel more comfortable with or you can do more of one of you want to.”
Sabina claims the unusual move helps to “get a stronger core, reduce your waist size and improve digestion.”
Many people were baffled by the technique, 用一句话: “My organs won’t allow this to happen I’ve been working on it tho.”
Sun doctor Carol Cooper told Fabulous: “When you start hearing so many things in favour of one particular exercise technique, you should ask yourself if it’s just a fad.
“There seems to be a vogue for so-called stomach vacuuming at the moment, but in fairness it’s not all bad.
“The exercise can help strengthen core muscles. 然而, on its own it won’t produce a six-pack, and it won’t help you lose weight.”
And a mum-of-three also claims ‘stomach vacuuming’ is the secret to her super-slim waist which is smaller than BEFORE she had kids.
