YOUNG sunseekers can get as much of a buzz from Margate as Ibiza, according to upmarket magazine Tatler.
The once quiet ケント seaside resort does not have any out-and-out nightclubs but is said to be crammed with 文化.
Celeb residents include アーティスト Tracey Emin, 59, model Olympia Campbell, 27, そして Fresh Meat star Zawe Ashton, 38.
Tatler reckoned Margate is “comparable in its artistic sensibility — and reputation for a good night out”.
But surprised locals said they would still choose the スペイン語 party isle.
1つは主張した: “If I want a 休日 where I can get a suntan and have a good time with my friends at a nightclub, I would not dream of staying in Margate.”
